We are open all year round with special winter rates. We are ideally situated for all Lakeland activates with local shops & restaurants only a three-minute walk away

We have modern, well-appointed bedrooms all en-suite with flat screen colour TV, hospitality trays, hairdryers,and wireless internet is available in all rooms at no extra charge. Our guests have private off street parking. All our rooms are on ground level in our split-level accommodation to suite those less able.
We have good value accommodation, which has proven popular with our guests.
A 2 night minimum stay at weekends applies, but on rare occasions we may be able to fit a 1 night. Bank Holidays is a 3 night minimum stay.
